INTERIOR DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE
LMAID provides its private and professional clients with advice and support so that their refurbishing or renovation project becomes reality. LMAID’s offering can consist in a partial or a full interior design service that includes survey and on-site analysis, design concept statement, space planning, selection of materials, finishes, fixtures, furnishings and equipment, preparation of construction documents, project management, assistance in acceptance of work.
DECORATION
LMAID’s « Ambiance booklet » have been designed to help its private clients to revamp their interior without going through an important renovation work. The “Ambiance booklet” is customized to each client ‘s needs and characteristics of their home. It provides all the information needed about the color palette, materials, furniture, furnishings and accessories to use in order to achieve the new expected atmosphere.
ARCHITECTURAL DOCUMENTS
This service targets pairs, architects, project manager and real estate agents and provides them with the documents that are needed to conduct an architectural project. These documents can be layout and technical plans, request of authorization for work, mood boards or 3D visuals.
FF&E
LMAID selects, orders and manages the delivery of furniture, furnishing and equipment on behalf of its clients. The selection done by LMAID both considers technical and aesthetical criteria as well as the budget that will have been defined for a residential, commercial or real-estate project.

LMAID projects usually take place within a distance of 50km around Montpellier, and from time to time in Marseille and its surroundings. In addition to Montpellier and Marseille, this area includes Gignac, Clermont-l’Hérault, Béziers, Lodève, Ganges, Agde, Sète, Le Grau du Roi and Nîmes.
