Interior design & architecture
Full service
LMAID's fees for a full interior design service (i.e. including design services as well as project management services) are calculated on the basis of an estimate of the cost of the work (excl. taxes) to be carried out to implement your project. These fees generally represent between 10 and 15% of the provisional cost of the work (excl. taxes).
The rate applied to a given project depends on the nature, size, and difficulty of the project as well as the number of services you wish to entrust to LMAID.
LMAID’s fees as well as the terms of payment will be specified in an interior architecture and project management contract, itself established on the basis of a proposal drafted by LMAID for which you will have indicated your agreement.
“A la carte” service
For any partial mission request, LMAID will submit an "à la carte" proposal considering the nature, size and difficulty of your project.
LMAID may in this case, and depending on the type of mission, apply a pricing to the time spent, to the cost of the work or, per sqm.

Depending on the number of rooms, the total surface to be furnished, and on the number and type of items to install.

Mood boards
The pricing of this service varies according to the characteristics of the project, the number of boards to be made, the number and quality of visuals provided by the client, the importance of the search for visuals LMAID will need to carry out and the type of boards to be made.

3D visualisation
The pricing of this service is based on the time required to complete the work requested and a daily flat rate of 540€ excl. taxes.
Criteria impacting the quotation can be the following: the architectural characteristics of the building, the size of the space to be modeled, the number and type of rooms to be created, the lighting complexity, the level of texturing requested, the number of perspective drawings requested, the required completion times, the quality of the elements provided by the client or the level of resolution of the requested renderings.
FF&E
A procurement fees is charged to carry out the procurement process from price and lead time negotiation through furniture and equipment production and delivery, and to deal with any post-delivery issues that may arise.
The quote will logically depend on the number of products to be ordered, to be delivered and to be installed on site.
